Lorna's Caribbean & American Grill began with a simple idea: bring the bold, honest flavors of the islands to a table where everyone feels like family. Our recipes were passed down through generations — tested, tweaked and perfected at grandmother's stove long before they ever reached a commercial kitchen.
We grind our own seasoning blends, marinate overnight, and cook every plate to order. The scotch bonnet is real, the gravy is slow-simmered, and the portions are generous — just like back home.
